SOS Children’s Villages SOS Children’s Villages is a social development organisation, focusing on the care and support of orphaned and vulnerable children. SOS-Kinderdorf International is the international umbrella organisation that provides support to member associations in more than 139 countries worldwide. We seek a dynamic individual to build up our Regional Family strengthening Programme function (FSP) in the region, aimed at supporting and strengthening our country programmes. As Regional FSP Coordinator and within the Program Development function you will be responsible for developing an effective Regional FSP function in all countries within the region, implementing the global & international FSP strategy and standards. You will have at least 4 years work experience in the community development field, and a degree of postgraduate qualification in a relevant area, e.g. development studies, community development, public policy planning, and social sciences. You must be highly organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines. You will display excellent communication and facilitation skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, including written and spoken English/French, and ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
